Dr. Dua was efficient, competent, and friendly. However, the office environment was chaotic. Office assistants burst into my exam room twice while I was being seen by doctor. No knock. No "excuse me." They just pushed the door open both times. Exam room was small, cluttered, and the floor was grungy. I was given a cane to hold against my foot while images were taken; it was unclear if or how it's cleaned between patients. I was given a form to sign that had my name handwritten on it above another patient's name which had been crossed out; however, the other patient's birth date was still visible and I had to call the doctor's attention to the error. I was given a form to sign that had another patient's name crossed out on it. Assistant addressed me as "Mr." I'm a woman, breast cancer survivor, post-bilateral mastectomy; apparently she inferred my gender from my flat chest rather than my name, hairstyle, attire, or the fact that my chart indicates "female." I won't return.
