MOST THOROUGH Dermatologist you could ask for!!!
On my first visit Dr. Smith diagnosed a basal cell carcinoma with 5 minutes and sent me to a wonderful surgeon to have it removed. He is smart, listens well, and is concerned with your overall skin care health. I wound up showing him some weird stuff that was happening with my overall skin (arms & legs primarily) and after reviewing he decided to run a fairly extensive blood workup. He suspected something was wrong and he was right! It was his knowledge and experience that wound up uncovering a connective tissue disorder that was causing a number of unexplained symptoms.I lost my old dermatologist who was the head of Pediatric Dermatology at Hopkins about 5 years back, and it was a huge disappointment not having him around. I wound up finding Dr. Smith just because he was close to my home - - but what a find! He has been a HUGE help in keeping me well, not only with skin issues, but my overall health. Shout out also to his wonderful STAFF who are always so happy to help!!!
