What stood out about my visit? Well for one thing, they don't bill you the correct amount for their services. Literally, they never get it right. What they do is take your insurance info, let you see the doctor, tell you you owe a few bucks, and then months later they call you maybe once or twice saying you owe more money before sending you to collections. Not to mention, I had been seeing these people for years due to depression. The PA I saw, the only one there, just kept telling me 'that sucks, hang in there bud' while changing me to random depression meds before after a year or so he just says 'you need a psychiatrist. I can't help you'. Don't see these people. They don't care.

Zach Smith is excellent, but the office staff members are dreadful at best. Rude, condescending, and not particularly capable. Don't return calls. Are almost always irritated when they have to stoop to dealing with a patient. I've managed to keep my mouth shut when I've seen them mistreating elderly or otherwise vulnerable patients while in the office waiting room, but it's never fun to see. My wife changed doctors over a year ago. I have stayed with them because Zach Smith is patient, capable, and effective. Some of the office policies seem to be aimed at making things easy for the staff and who cares about the patients' needs. 5 stars for Zach Smith, minus 3 stars for the staff. Now I'm looking for a new doctor.
