Very Disappointed

Third visit that NP Shaunna Dolby had NO clue why I was there and made me feel unwelcome when I told her my reason made me feel as if I should know her scheduling procedures. I made all of my appointments with the front office staff not online and it is a very poor experience to make the patient feel this way. She also informed me she was going on leave tomorrow so basically WHATEVER- My issue was not important enough for her. Too bad if you are depressed and feeling not yourself. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office.
