Lincoln Medical Partners

The doctors here are friendly but the Lincoln Medical Partners as a whole is not easy to deal with. We had questions about our bill and for months made repeated phone calls asking someone to help us clarify why we were being billed. We were never able to get a call back. I called Maine Health with the same complaint (I was mostly asking why they coded our visit such that the insurance company didn't owe any portion even though it was partially a preventive care /annual visit and partially a meet and greet) The state health insurance bureau told me that we should only be paying for the portion which was a meet and greet and the other portion should be re-coded by Lincoln Medical and re-submitted to the insurance company. Several times they closed the claim without resolving it, never calling us back and zero communication. Each time I called back, they re-opened the case and said that someone would call me back. They never called back. Never got anyone to speak with us. Awful
