Lost glasses in motor vehicle accident

My son was in a terrible accident and lost his glasses. Tried to get fit in treated quite rudely. When I refused an appt one month out, even after telling them why, I told the receptionist I would find someone else her response was you do that. I called provision at the mall and was able to get everything done without attitude or hassle. I will NOT return to advanced under any circumstances. You lost my familys business
