Regrettably, my experience at Bio Energy Medical Clinic was highly disappointing, concerning, and left me in a life threatening situation. I was admitted to U of M hospital through the ER due to astronomically high liver levels caused by prescribed supplements from Bio Energy. After I was admitted the lack of responsiveness and care from the clinic was distressing. For five days, I struggled to reach anyone for assistance, exacerbating an already critical situation. The culmination of frustration arose when I finally connected with Jen, who not only displayed a lack of empathy but was also outright rude, disregarding the severity of my condition nearing liver failure. This interaction was deeply unsettling and left me questioning the level of care and professionalism at the clinic.Consequently, I opted to cancel my future appointments, feeling unsupported and unsafe in continuing treatment at Bio Energy.
