My care was excellent, my complaint is with the receptionist who is drunk with power. She needs a few good classes in proper medical office etiquette and the treatment of patients as the patients r the business. As I sat waiting for my appointment I was able to over hear her badgering patients on the phone regarding their bill. There really should be a private area for her to do this.
