Unprofessional and rude
Unprofessional and rude. I saw them for a crown and filling, when the crown didn't fit my bite they grinded down the molars above the crown, (healthy teeth) rather than fixing the crown itself. I said I wasn't comfortable with their solution and I was told I was wrong and was recommended by the doctor to 'see a dentist I could trust' rather then themselves just owning up to the mistake and fixing it.
