I being waiting for today’s appointment few months. I have Fmla and need to see physician every six months. This morning they sent me message by MyChart at 0747 to cancel my appointment. Reason “ doctor is not available “ This is not a first time. OMGGGGG. They never called me even they said they did. They offered me appointment next week and I told them I’m working. I'm 12 hrs shift. I needed to find someone to switch shifts and pick up Saturday to have my appointment. When I asked them “ this is for sure” They said “ We don’t know “ Since my doctor is on leave for a long time I’m trying to pick another provider but it’s always a problem. Time to find different location if my good doctor dr Pham is not coming back.
