Love the doctor, despise the staff
Dr. Banisad is AMAZING, but her staff does not communicate at ALL with her. After a month of calls and voicemails regarding the missing diagnosis code on my lab order, I finally had to go to the office, only for the receptionist to rudely snap at me that I shouldn't have 'lost the first one', while handing me a copy of the still incorrect script. Once I pointed out that it was STILL missing the dx code, she rolled her eyes and stormed off to get the codes. Doc showed me the notes that were left for her, and each one only said I needed the lab order faxed...with nothing about the DX..
