Warrenfield Medical Center

Well… as my pcp, Efran is supposed to see me and know what’s been going on. He doesn’t. I don’t blame him, I blame the attitude having rude asz receptionist who ALWAYS has the ugliest face, unless it’s someone she likes, or the person is Arabic. I’ve been a patient since a child and the care has declined SEVERELY. Staff is trash now with the exception of the 3 new nurses that I’ve met that were kind, patient l, and attentive. The NP was the best, don’t know if she’s still there or not. They lie so much. App was at 1015, got there at 1010. They literally called every single person that came after me. I’ve never been a problematic patient, I only come when it’s a problem that I can’t fix on my own. It’s fine though. I’ve changed my pcp. I’d rather wait to get my medication refilled by someone who actually gaf than to ever get ignored and feel how I felt yesterday. Y’all are trash.
