This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth your time. It may be the ONLY ENT in Lansing and they sure act like it. Literally drive anywhere else, this is your health, not a $3 cheeseburger. I had a referral for an urgent issue in my throat. I had an appointment for over two weeks and the day before they cancel my appointment and offered me an appointment two weeks later. I explained I had an issue and that I needed an appointment sooner, hence the referral from a doctor's office and they said there was nothing they could do to help and their dates were their dates. So let me get this straight, if I wanted to cancel less than 48 hours before an appointment, you get to charge me money but I am just out of luck if you do it to me? I've been to this place before and it was okay, but the appointment came down to the doctors telling me they had no idea what was wrong with me and to just wait it out. There's literally nothing good about this place. I won't be returning.
