Patient for years! They refuse to give me records!
I was a patient at this office for years. I was never really certain why doctor kept me coming back for test etc. I was never given a diagnosis. However, doctor had me on medications that I could not quit cold turkey, so I kept going back, I really didn't have a choice. At one point my insurance changed and I was charged for a test. When I questioned this test is when this office and doctor showed true colors! I was given a bill for over $500, before I paid, I asked for medical records. To date I have never been given a thing! They did however send me to collections. You think after being a patient all these years they would have no problem helping me out but I believe I was seen for my money not for health.
