Ausable Eye Care

While usually my visit to this office went well, something has changed over the past year. I had my appointment with Lindsey Wade, as usual followed by the decision to receive new lens in a smaller frame. The frame by the way came to $239.00. My insurance paid this. However, when it was time to pick up the glasses, I was told that the (L) side lens continued to fall out so I was told that they would have to return them to the lab. So, after just around 1 1/2 months, I was called to pick them up. However, the lens has continued to fall out now so I am returning them with my blessing. I want nothing to do with these glasses. To Sad! There is definitely something wrong with this eye care facility over the past few years. Hopefully, they will return the cash overage that I paid so I can go and find other eye care soon.
