Shoulder Replacement - Success!
After having 8/10 shoulder pain for several years I sought care from Dr. Cheek. He saw that while I did not have rotator cuff damage, I had significant arthritis, and complete loss of cartilage in the shoulder joint. Dr. Cheek made no promises, but recommended total shoulder replacement to significantly alleviate shoulder pain and recover some range of motion. Today I am 19 weeks post-op and have nearly full range of motion, a significant amount of strength, and NO PAIN. I faithfully attended physical therapy and continue the exercises at home. My results are beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr. Cheek and staff! Looking forward to resuming more than normal activities this summer!
