I have never had such an awful experience with a doctor's office or any other business for that matter. A close friend recommended Dr. Amit Ghose and I sought him out specifically for my psychiatric and primary care needs. I spent three months checking in to see if he was able to take me on as a new patient and was eventually told he was willing to accept me as his patient and I scheduled an appointment. When I showed up, I was told that I would not be seeing Dr. Ghose, I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner named Adam Farnum. This threw me completely off-guard because every time I had called I had specifically requested Dr. Ghose and when they finally accepted me as a patient they told me Dr. Ghose would be the one taking over my health care. At this point, the receptionist acted very annoyed that I wanted to see the doctor that I had made an appointment with. Having had already taken off work to come into the office, I reluctantly saw Adam Farnum that day. After contemplating the
