Lack of understanding and compromise
I have been having sickness as well as chronic flares to where I cannot come into office on days of appointment lately. I was told I had to come in person or reschedule even though I need a med upgrade. Riverwood needs a telehealth options for those who have shortcomings often and are unable to come in for appointment. Im sad for the lack of understanding and compassion or the unwilliness to help meet in the middle or figure a solution for it. I will now have to miss todays appointment due to an illess out of my control and not get the dosage I need in order to possibly help make the illness better.
