Poor staffing
In over a month, this office has failed to get me any further testing depite the cardiologist oredering it. The pre-approval from the insurance failed so they tried again and failed again so they dropped back to lesser testing. After two failed attempts to get the order for the new test, they gave me an order for the wrong test. Done.
