Turned away
We scheduled an appointment over 4 months ago. We're heading to the appointment and got stuck in traffic on Bluewater Bridge for over 40 minutes. Tried to call to let them know we would be late. On hold for 12 minutes with no one answering. Got to the appointment 25 minutes late and were told Meganne refused to see us. Will never go back.
