After years as a patient at this office, I can say I have always been treated with professionalism, kindness, respect and big smiles all around. Dr. Flynn is very thorough in the examination, explains the eye in terms I can understand and allows time for questions. The staff is very helpful and always eager to please. Shelby has a great understanding of which frames will work for my progressive prescription and helps me pick what looks good on me. Recently, my old glasses were accidentally broken and Angie worked diligently to find parts (from expired frames on hand) to fix them well enough to use until my new glasses arrived. I give this office an A++!
