Called the number that is listed everywhere for “help” to login. When I called the lady was rude and told me there was no login and the email I got was old and Go to there website and register. Then I asked her if she could email the link to register because there website is a mess And I couldn’t find how to register. She then told me there is no link ,which makes me think she don’t know how to do it either! Then she told me you refill it out on a iPad when you get there which we were told you couldn’t do that anymore. I was calling for my 70 year old mother has trouble getting online and doesn’t not have an email account. Bottom line there are older people still living in this world who don’t have online access and they should be treated with respect and grace not as an inconvenience!! My mother really liked the doctor she sees and I’m hoping at her next visit they will help her with the paperwork and not have a attitude about doing there job at the front desk!!!
