Worse Anaesthesia Experience
Todays surgery prep was wonderful and the nurse was amazing. It was waking up from anaesthesia that was my horrible experience. I have had anaesthesia 7 times in 50 years. This was my 8th today. Each time, they have always said I take a little longer then most to wake up. Today, as the nurse was trying to wake up, I could hear her but wasn't ready yet and was still really under. My husband even knew it would probably be another hour. She was pressing very hard on my keloid scar that I am currently getting treatment for so I could feel it and iwas extremely painful along with making me coherentenoughto feel all the pain from my surgery. Another Nurse kept pinching me really hard in my shoulder. I could hear them say, she is faking and she probably took something else to make this happen. (I didn't and wasn't faking) The nurse wasn't pleased at me not waking when she thought I should, so she tried to get me to open my eyes by holding them open. She held me up and I felt my self give out
