Trinity Health Medical Group

For years we've gone to Trinity Hospital in Shelby, MI. Today was our first awful experience. My daughter was the first on the scene involving a bicyclist and pickup truck in Ludington the day before. She has had a migraine since the accident, and passed out face first on our kitchen floor this morning. She is experiencing several symptoms of shock. The nurse in the ER (red hair) was so kind and patient. The doctor was abrasive and at one point told us the only thing she could offer for the migraine, acetaminophen and ibuprofen. also told us if we wanted she could do a full medical work up. My daughter began to cry and become anxious when a nurse told the doctor she had a phone call. My daughter grew more anxious and I decided to leave. A nurse told us we needed to go back in the room and sign papers. The red headed nurse told us she understood and would be there all day if we needed them. I am so concerned about my daughter, still. The doc was a female with short hair
