She always shows compassion and understanding of her patient’s needs, with great attention to detail. I have a difficult prescription and balancing fit and style are quite difficult. Kathryn's product knowledge and expertise help me always find comfortable and fashionable glasses with great fit and functionality. Really appreciate her professionalism and dedication to providing her patients with the best possible product. Follow-up and post-delivery adjustments never a problem.
