Appointment staff is very rude over the phone and it's impossible to get an appointment in this office for the next 6 to 8 months. None of the doctors or practitioners work 2 to 3 days a week. I'm done with this office.

I used to like this office. I've been very ill trying to get through on the phone is absolutely terrible. When you finally do get through they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes then hang up on you. I tried calling back only to have the same thing happen to me 3 times. The operator name is Dori very very rude. At this point I'm frustrated and sick and all I got from her was a sarcastic tone to her voice. Once to tell her to stop hanging up on you she just gets rude and sends all your call straight to voicemail. Nice office staff Dr. Wein. I have been a pt there for 10 years and have never been treated so rude by their staff.

Dr Wein does not care about patients who are in the hospital. I was basically told "not our problem" ever since Dr Hahn left I feel the care is not the same. I feel Dr Wein hasn't taken me seriously at all.
