I just moved back to Michigan from Tennessee and picked them to be my dentist and am glad I did. After taking xrays they explained to me that I had bone loss (I had been told this by me previous dentist and he told me there was nothing I could do about it). They also explained that bone loss leads to gum disease and there is something I can do about it. They recommended I have a consultation with a periodontist and go from there. They took their time and were just great overall.
