Horrible experience

There were several issues with her but the fact that she pushed pills instead addressing the problem. Would not refer to specialist.

Calling in a prescription

I called doctor's office and talked to Kate to refill a prescription which I was never told you would chard me an office visit copay for this service. YOu should be ashamed of yourself to charge a patient for refilling a prescription. I have called several offices and no one does that for their patient. That is part of the care you give your patient i was totally shocked and i will not be returning as a patient. That is so unprofessional of her and her staff...
