Worst experience of my life I say why me every single day why did I choose him as a surgeon? I wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last surgeon on the planet.

I'm incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the staff and providers at the Center for Plastic Surgery Ann Arbor. I wasn't sure what type of procedure I needed to accomplish my goal, but the providers did a great job giving me all of my options. I really appreciate that they have both non-surgical (in their med spa) and surgical options. I've visited med spas before that don't have surgical options and have been pushed to book a treatment that wouldn't be the best solution for my issue. Having a full range of options to choose from helped me feel more comfortable with CPSAA as my provider. I've had several med spa treatments done with a few of the providers and have had positive outcomes each time. I'm hoping to book a surgery soon, too. I've recommended friends here, too.

Nine months after having Dr. Biel’s facelift (3-25-21), there are two new 3” scars on each side of my face. His reaction has been to trivialize my concerns, saying they aren’t noticeable, despite my needing two laser resurfacing treatments over several more weeks to try to correct these problems. After I’m to have my treatments, Dr. Biel said he doesn’t want to see me anymore! This is because I complained about his surgery, sending him photos of the damage. He tried to say the lines weren’t scars, but were age lines after surgery!! Doesn’t a facelift eliminate age lines, not create them??! I know these deep lines are scars from his surgery (as did the second dr. who saw them), but Dr Biel’s attitude has been so condescending, insulting, sarcastic, and completely devoid of empathy, I’ve decided to have the corrective laser treatments done elsewhere and pay hundreds of dollars myself rather than have to return to the Center for Plastic Surgery. I do not recommend Dr. Biel.
