Terrible billing issues
By far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with billing. The first appointment went smoothly from both a patient care and insurance/billing perspective but everything after that was a nightmare dealing with constant unsolvable billing issues where insurance would say I didn't owe anything for routine cleaning but Whittaker Road Dental kept trying to bill me. I tried for months to resolve but always got the run around. Would not recommend.
