Dissatisfied with service and follow up. I was seen 2 weeks ago had my urine tox screen done 10 days ago. Stephen V has my records my MRI, when I asked when my results would be ready I was told that they were unsure because of covid everything is delayed. Yet my provider still has not followed up and instead of offering me to go to another facility and do another tox screen where the results would be back in 2 days, I'm still waiting for the tox screen results and someone to call me so I can schedule my follow up appointment so I can actually get the care I am in need of. It's really sad that because a person has pain ,takes pain meds. Gets injections whatever the case maybe they are treated with such disregard that they are terrible people or scum because they have chronic pain and it's not anything they can help. Do better! Especially coming from a retired nurse that work Gen surg and mental health do better. You give medicine a bad name!
