I would not recommend this clinic for pain management. I was seen in the Burnsville office. This is more of a MAT clinic and will get you in the clinic by telling you they are pain management however they start you you using suboxone or bupenorphine from the first appointment. I went to my appointment and told the provider I have an adverse reaction to buprenorphine. I told her I took belbuca in the past and I reacted very badly. the provider insisted that suboxone had different medication and told me I had to take it. I took it and reacted very badly to the medication. I contacted the clinic and they said I need to come into the clinic because they need to get a urine sample and med count before they talk about medication changes. This clinic you also have to be seen weekly. I would be cautious about going here and ask questions!
