Over charging patients and limited (if any) care
Multiple visits related to the same issue and consistently over billed. Visits have been billed at Level 4 instead of Level 1 or 2... Less than 15 minute phone call billed at Level 3 ($240)... Two of the last four visits, patient's verbal description of problems ignored. Good luck ever getting the same physician twice in a row without waiting for months! ...they're very understaffed and admit to it. I recommend finding a different general practice as the past three 'doctors' I've seen have disregarded my problems and even the one referral I got from them ended up referring me to a different surgeon because they misdiagnosed my issue.
