Dishonest billing practices
Asked upfront when making an appointment how they bill (hospital outpatient v. specialist copay) and was told it was a copay. At the appt the Dr spent maybe 10min with me, glanced in my mouth at my throat, no other physical exam completed. I was sent a hospital outpatient bill for an extensive 60-90min consultation. My repeated attempts to contact the practice to challenge the bill have been ignored. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars more than any quote and little to no accountability or availability for follow up.
