Completely disrespectful

For my first appointment with Dana Vanderkooi, I arrived early to my 1pm appointment. I was not seen by the doctor until after 1:30. I told her I wanted a partial refund as I had already paid for the full hour and was going to see the her for less than half that time. She immediately became incredibly defensive and told me that I could either accept whatever was left of my appointment (while paying for the full hour) or I could leave and get a refund. It was very clear when she said this that she was not interested in working with me, so I left. I was completely flabbergasted. Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect.
