0 stars. It’s amazing that you can be a physician these days without ever seeing a patient. This practice is only good if you need a routine check-up. If you are sick, it will fit one of the many signs of Covid and they will not see you. Despite you having negative Covid tests from urgent care and just need one to get your ears re-checked for infection, they won’t see you. They will video call you. Not sure how prescribing antibiotics blindly can benefit anyone, especially the fight in antibiotic resistance. One day they will be sued for prescribing something that kills someone, and it could be avoided by actually seeing them in person and noticing their BP is too high. We even check it at the proctology office I work at for a routine check, because that’s what care should entail. Back to urgent care I go. Mercy is horrible in general but this just is the last straw, I just switched and I’ll be switching again to be able to actually see a doctor when it’s needed.

My daughter called to set up a follow up appointment for my granddaughter who is 7 years old. The receptionist was very rude and told her she could not discuss any information with her or set up an appointment without her daughter who is 7 years old being present. Since when do they need consent from a child for a parent to make an appointment or discuss medical treatment???
