Good Doctors if you can get in touch with them

I have no issue with the doctos or office staff. The issue is the telephone service. They seem to make it intentionally difficult to make any inquiries of the care team. Phone calls are not returned. Medical issues have to be explained to multiple people who are not trained to understand them. Callers are put on hold multiple times for simple inquiries. Complete dysfunction.
