Lori doing the consultations really needs to focus more on the patient and what the treatment plan entails and worry less on making a deal that day. I am still learning stuff about my treatment plan almost a year into that should have been told to me then that I am just learning now. And now is to late to do anything about it, I am stuck now with a lifelong commitment and there is nothing I can do about it. Lori took that choice out of my hand a year ago with her sales tactics and not explaining actually how long my treat was and that I would need to wear retainers for life after my treatment to make sure nothing moves. Now I am stuck with a lifelong commitment that I can do nothing about because she picked make a deal over patient care and making sure I understood the entire treatment and the lifelong commitment to this.
