A very nice nurse called to set up an appointment for neurology. Unfortunately I was driving at the time and was unable to write down the day and time of appointment. I have called 3 times in 7 days and left detailed messages asking for a return call to confirm my appointment. No one ever answered or called back. I called today and some rude heffer answered the phone, yelled “please hold”and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and told them I want nothing to do with any of you and cancel my appointment. The neurology department is a Joke. Go elsewhere if you want any care at all. In fact, I was never told the name if the doctor either.
