BJC Medical Group at Lake St. Louis

I am absolutely livid with the level of incompetence and apathy from BJC Lake St. Louis 63367. Their shocking disorganization has adversely affected my health when they inexplicably rejected a medication they previously approved and sent it to the wrong pharmacy, causing significant delays in receiving important treatment. Despite being assured that their mistake would be listed as 'High Priority' and corrected by Friday, my prescription remained unresolved over the weekend, demonstrating a lack of urgency in addressing my health needs. The communication with this facility is a dreadful ordeal. There's NO direct line to the staff at the location, making it nearly IMPOSSIBLE for patients to receive timely assistance. This convoluted system suggests a deliberate attempt to obscure accountability and hinder patient care. In light of these appalling, terrible experiences, I DO NOT recommend BJC Healthcare to anyone. BJC Healthcare should be ashamed of themselves for their ineptitude.
