We have been going here for years. Brought my daughter the day after her braces came off. Not only did Dr. Reed miss 5 cavities, but I had to call him back to talk about the abscessed tooth, which was the reason for the visit. He was very short with us, did not spend a lot of time. Now my daughter has to get a tooth pulled (which he also missed), 6 cavities filled and 2 root canals. The second dentist we brought her to just 2 weeks later was appalled at how much was missed. The second dentist spent so much time going over every Xray and explaining everything going on. If you value your children's teeth, do not bring them here!!

Always minimal wait times which is good for little kiddos. The techs were amazing with my son. Talking to him about his teeth and what was happening. They also helped entertain him while we waited on the dentist.

Who knew taking a three year old to the dentist could be easy?! Their staff is always so patient, kind, and efficient; it’s nothing like the dentist experiences I remember having as a kid! All of our girls love Dr. Lindsey and it’s always a treat for them to see her!

The staff were wonderful to my daughter from the moment we walked in. They are upfront about next visit payments if any extra work is being done, which I really like. It was our first visit and we were both very happy.

Our two boys have been patients for a few years. I always feel like they are treated well. Our younger son was anxious about the X-ray at his last visit and they did not force him. This time he did so well. They talk the boys through everything they are doing which I feel helps them feel more at ease. Our daughter has Sturge Weber Syndrome (which include a port wine stain). After calling to find out if any of the dentists have worked with a patient with similar health concerns, we were placed with Dr. LeCave. Not only does she have experience with Sturge Weber Syndrome and a Port Wine Stain, she understands what we are going through as she has a child with epilepsy. This put my mind at ease and I am so grateful to add her to our team of caregivers for our daughter.

Good with my kids but that is where the good experience ends. Canceled an appointment on us and did not inform. I asked to speak with dentist and mow one from the office calls back ever! Front desk doesn’t stop & listen. Refuses to talk to me, the mom and only talks to dad! Blamed me for cancellation when it was the office, made us wait 2 weeks to get in, never accepted their responsibility! Calls go unreturned! If you want an office with good communication and professionalism, this is not the place! I was left disappointed after first visit.
