Horrible experience

Front Office hung up on my when I was trying to make sure my referral was submitted to the office I requested. I was trying to advocate for myself and I was failed as a patient. The front office receptionist refusal to give her name is a good indication she was in the wrong. I had to have my husband go in and advocate for me. We find out my referral was submitted INCORRECTLY.
