I quit going to this office after my primary care Doctor left. My wife continued to see the Doctor that replaced him. Today I took her there as she is suffering acute back pain. They prescribed medicine for the pain, and another minor condition. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, and the Doctors Office failed to send over the prescription for the pain medication. The other prescriptions were there. Now the office is closed, and my wife will have to spend another night in pain without medication. This is not the first time they have made this type of mistake; it has happened on multiple occasions. I do not know if the office is just disorganized, or if they just don't care, but it is inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or medical group altogether.
