My first primary left this practice with no notice to me at all. When I called, I was told I would be treated as a new patient with the new doctor and had to wait from March to August to get an appointment. Now 6 months after finally getting to see my 'new' doctor, I get a letter that she is leaving.in 3 weeks. I have an appointment with her 4 days after her departure date. The office just called me and told me to call the Doctor's Exchange and find a new doctor. Nothing was done to try to fit in appointment with an existing doctor within the practice!! I was told AGAIN, that I would be a new patient with a doctor within the practice and would have to wait 8 months this time!! Furious doesn't begin to cover what I feel about this!!
