My doctor was pleasant and attentive enough, but it is impossible to contact anyone. After waiting at least a half hour each time I called, I was repeatedly transferred to a full voice mailbox, I was out of meds for over a week before I could get a refill, despite calling every day.

Have been waiting for a very important appt. for over a month. I arrive on time and go to check in. The woman asks for my name and my doctors name. I tell her and she instantly, without checking any database, computer, file.. ANYTHING,says that my doctor only takes over the phone appts.and is not in the office. I ask if he is going to call me just to clarify and the worker said yes. I asked again if I I could leave and she again said yes that he would call me soon. After an hour, no call, I call the office and another woman answered. I do not know if it was the same one. I told her I was expecting a call from my doctor and never received it. She asked my name and birthday, I could hear her typing. She then informed me that the apt. I had for today was indeed IN OFFICE and with my Dr.’s assistant. So this vital appt., the soonest appt. , that I have been waiting over a month for was missed because of some lazy fool that couldn’t do her job. I am pissed.I have to face the consequences.
