Billing

Billing is a nightmare. Paid the bill in April 2023. June rolls around and a bill was received NOT showing the payment. Called and provided proof of the payment. I was told it would be adjusted and a rectified bill would be sent. It is now September and a bill was received, and again, no payment is showing, with it saying it is over 120 days past due. If you choose this group, pay for each visit at that time. Absolute incompetence shown in there billing practice. Provider is great, but the billing department not so much.
