HORRIBLE on-call PA
First off this review is about an on-call nurse/PA/doctor and not about any actual doctor at the practice. I had a procedure performed today and have a very low tolerance for pain. Because of this, my OB/GYN called in a prescription to help relieve my pain. Unfortunately this all happened at the end of The day Friday and never made it to my pharmacy. When I called the on-call nurse/PA/doctor named KATE, she was extremely condescending and rude! I had to leave three voicemails in order to get a call back. Kate treated me like I was making up my pain and refused to go the extra mile to help me. Instead, Kate suggested that I go to the emergency room to have my situation looked at because that was the simple response. It was very clear that Kate did not believe me or care about my issue. I have had a very good experience at this doctors office for many years, but unfortunately this has completely changed my outlook on things. I am the patient and looked to my doctor for help
