my dad called to get pricing on dentures and when he was told the amount he was outraged! It was way too costly!! He would have to sell one of his kidneys to afford it and then some!

Been a patient since 2017 and dont believe the good reviews...they have never filed a complaint and I have. Its been in GRANT OLSON, DDS email for almost a month. They do not care about your complaints, nor do they want to hear about them. I had to call almost a month latter to get an update on my complaint and they told me its still in his email box. Their response is silence and he's the owner of the business....very unprofessional! I have called multiple time and get forwarded to the patient cordinator and receive nothing back. Also the receptionist knows all this as I told her my complaints and she dissmissed my complaints and is politefully patronizing. Everything is fine untill you complain with a complaint.GRANT OLSON, DDS has time to get on and airplane (go on vacation or business Idk??? This is also what the receptionist told me), but no time to address complaints from customers regarding his business.They do not want to make things right with or by their customers.
