substandard and unprofessional medical practice
My son saw a 'specialist' there over a week ago. He never received an after visit summary. The prescription that was called to his pharmacy needed a prior auth and that still has not been addressed. The specialist literally bad-mouthed his primary provider for one of the prescriptions she prescribed. There are STILL no chart notes on MyMercy after over a week. NO quality control? He's been sick over 2 months now and I had hoped that seeing a pulmonologist would help - or at least get him started on recovery. A big zero from this so-called specialist.
