Excellent Customer Service
Scheduled an appointment following a recent ER visit. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was very pleasant on the telephone. The physician (Dr. Albino) took the time to explain thoroughly what the next steps would be. I appreciate him and the clinic staff for their excellent care.

Really like this clinic!
I made an appointment here after spending years going to another facility. The staff is all very friendly, helpful and polite. The waiting room was very clean and well kept, as well as the exam rooms. I felt like I was finally listened to by the Dr I saw, for the first time in my entire life! I felt like she was actually trying to figure out what the root of my issue is, and like she genuinely cared. I’d absolutely recommend this facility!

Nurse Practitioner Mary Kate is excellent!
Mary Kate took time to review my history. Ask questions about medications and health and make me feel like she actually cared about providing me with the best service. I've not always had that experience at this clinic, unfortunately. I appreciated her insight about some of the medications I'd been prescribed and her feedback on current research.She was warm and friendly, and took her time.

Love them!
I have always been treated with respect, dignity and compassion for all visits and procedures. Office staff are friendly. The nurses are great. Dr. Lam is very soft spoken, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I was nervous when I first met him as I had been with Dr Israel from his arrival to his leaving but am very grateful for the care I receive here. Thank you!

Professional, supportive, friendly and competent.
Found the office personnel efficient and helpful. But most of all, medically competent and supportive. I would seek treatment there again if needed, and for my case surgery was the performed by Dr. Albino at the Ozarks Healthcare Center hospital in West Plains.

My experience
Over all the staff, nurses, and Dr.s are very friendly, take the time to listen, and answer all of my questions, while in the office. However, I've made calls to the nurse line and they get back in a timely manner but it doesn't seem like all of my concerns are addressed or information is miscommunicated. They do have a really great app that makes communicating with the Dr.s easier. It seems to be the only OB office in the area.
